Russell Lister
B.E., M.Sc., D.I.C., Director
With over 25 years'
experience in Management Consulting and Project Management,
Russell has
consulted to clients on projects totalling in excess
of $30 billion. He has acted in a senior capacity
for Governments and major companies throughout
Australia and South East Asia. He was formerly
head of Bovis Consulting for NSW and managed over
75 professionals and over 80% of Bovis consulting
work in Australia.
Russell prepared the General Organisation Plan for
the Sydney Olympics - a 6-year plan to deliver the
Games which was presented to the IOC, and coordinated
the preparation of the first master budget and timelines
for the Olympic Capital Works program at the time
the OCA was first formed.
Russell is a dynamic and lateral thinker, and his
rapid assessment of complex matters provides creative
solutions. His constant focus on the Client's drivers
and imperatives whilst balancing operational issues
delivers enormous value to our Clients.

Clive
Chandler
B.E.,
Director
Clive's experience in consulting on major capital
works projects extends back to the early eighties.
Prior to joining McLachlan Lister, he spent nearly
ten years with the Bovis Construction Group in Australia
and the United Kingdom, and was responsible for all
Bovis property consulting services in NSW.
He has significant experience in the planning and
coordination aspects of major projects, and has seen
many projects through from concept to successful
completion. Clive was awarded the prestigious "gold
pin" by the IOC for his contribution to the
Sydney Olympic Games.
His strong experience in Sydney and CBD based
building projects and his consultative approach has
made Clive a source of expert advice for many industry
leaders. His pro-active assessment of project opportunities
and risks provides extensive value in all projects.
Clive has an honours degree in engineering from Imperial
College, London, and is a member of the Institution
of Civil Engineers (UK), and the Australian Institute
of Project Management.

Leslie
Butterfield

Civil Eng., Chief Executive Officer
Leslie has worked in the construction and project management industry in the United States and Australia for over twenty years. Her initial experience as a Project Engineer and Project Manager on major capital works in New York City provided her with a thorough understanding of the dynamics of client relationships.
Her experience spans project management, business development, corporate advisory, corporate finance and strategic planning in the property, technology and telecommunications sectors. She was one of a panel of three industry representatives appointed by the nine government ministers to review the progress, strategies and future direction of the National Building Codes Board. She was the Inaugural NSW President and National Vice President for the National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC), has been inducted into the Inaugural Businesswomen's Hall of Fame, and was Telstra Businesswoman of the Year. She was a member of the Federal Government Industry Research & Development Board, and was Chair of their Strategic Development Committee.
Leslie is a strong manager with excellent leadership and communication skills and has extensive strategic planning and operational management experience.
Leslie is on the Boards of the Queensland Microtechnology Centre, The Australian Business Foundation, and The Australian Literacy and Numeracy Foundation, is a member of the University of Technology, Sydney’s School of Engineering Industry Advisory Network and the Australian Institute of Arbitrators & Mediators, and is an Associate Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management.
